Khuzdul has to be the first - it was taught to them by Aule when he created them.
Is the second one the signing that the dwarves do? I don't remember it having a name, but the dwarves used it to communicate in secret between themselves.

I know that the Dwarves write in Cirth Runes as I can write in it a fair bit myself. Expanded on that is Cirth ithil which literally translates as Moon Runes....
