is it posible to get kneel fire in game

??? I'm confused. It might be the same thing as fire-by-rank.

Kneelfire, from FotS. It's where the first rank.... Kneels, and the second rank stands, and they both fire.

Two things:

One, this probably wouldn't be very effective, since it takes so long for the men to reload.

Two, you already have Massfire in game, making kneelfire kind of redundant.

I'm wondering if this is actually related to Platoon firing. In the game all ranks stand, though I wonder if the first rank knelt down while using this drill.

Now that I think about it, if the first rank knelt down, it may even reduce casualties, at least for the first rank.

It was called "Mass Fire" and somehow...some idiot decided to get it nerfed from the game(ETW)...its in the code but I have not been able to find it or bring it back.

I've also wanted this. There's a mod for Napoleon that gives units "dual rank fire". Which makes the first line kneel fire and the second one stand. This Tactic was used during the era, so I dont know why CA just made the first line fire and not the second one at the same time. I am hoping for mod like this. As I'm crappy at modding myself :p

reload times are governed by experience in any good mod...have the same units fight a lot of battles...reload rates will increase! In other words, don't spam...cram!
