Sucession rules?

Hi,
does SS 6.4 succession rules like you have to go to the capital to be crowned - I play the HRE and my succesion emperor got the trait offends the nobilty - how come?

oh and do kids need to get an education or can I right away use them as govenors/generals?

To get a crown you need to be in one of the citys in that "kingdom"

ok no special town - do not have a crown for my new emperor yet even though he was 3 turns in a HRE town - how can I build a good emperor anyways - now he is lazy and unconcerned which gives him -1 loyalty to all generals - are there any rules how to build a good faction leader?

Don't use High Taxes, build something every turn, play a lot of battles with him.
