Quintus Stands, as the sole consul in Rome, he is running the Senate.

"Conscript Fathers, as I have walked the streets of Rome the past few year, it has come to my attention that we are missing a temple to a very important god, that of Quirinus. He is a most ancient roman deity, and although he is one of the most revered gods we have, especially among the common citizen, he has no temple and no priest. Therefore I propose this law."

    Lex Quirinia
-A small temple costing 10,000 denarii shall be constructed on the Quirinal Hill
-The Flamen Quirinalis shall be reintroduced, and his festival Quirinalia on February the 17th shall be declared an official holiday. This position is life-long.
-Maximus Caesonius will be named Flamen Quirinus.

    A letter arrives from Thrace.

Noble senators, shortly after I arrived here, our legions have dealt a devastating blow to the army of Thrace! Secos has surrender and the enemy force is all but broken. I have asked King Cotys to come discuss the terms of his surrender, and I intend to settle for nothing short of the full annexation of Thrace into our Republic.

However, Legio XII Fretensis has taken heavy loses and the XIII Classica moderate. The other six legions only had light casualties. I request funds to replenish our forces.

I support this bill. We need greater defenses up north.

Gentleman with the absence of Lucius(snape) I would like to continue the war in Iberia.

I have waited long enough, I had my fair share of different offices and it is time for a command now.

Titus Flavius Scipio stands. "I see no reason to deny him command in Iberia. In fact it would be a good first command, as we have a large, experienced force there and are already winning."

We will send you reinforcements, but they will not get there until next season, as all of our training is being tied up in the 2 new legions for Gallia.
