Im proberly being realy dumb but i can't find it! Ive even got the fog of war off which makes me feel even more like an idiot.
The use of STEAM-ONLY by CA is ethically wrong because:
    1. It does not need to be forced. It could be optional as other games have proven.
    2. It discrminates between internet users and non-users or those who simply do not want it.
    3. The `advantages` are only advantages in a very small and superficial manner. they do not counter the disadvantages.
    4. It suits the company way more than the user. We are simply told it`s better for us

I'm sure it's just dead center of the campagn map above yomato and below sakai province.
If own the tsu or Obama it should be around there.
Great Mod for FOTS in the works. It's clickable. Castle building tutorial here.

It hasn't moved... it's Yamashiro province, regional capital Kyoto. Right next to Lake Biwa.

That would require a understanding of Japanese geography.

It's directly the left of the Tsu starting province. Same place as in Shogun 2.

I'm really trying not to be sarcastic, but you've decided to share this with everybody here, instead of just checking any Japan map and looking again, why exactly?

I wish it still had the custom model on the campaign map (like S2TW did for Kyoto) so it looks different. I thought that was a neat little feature and hope we see it again in future titles for really important cities. Edo and Kyoto both should of had unique campaign map models imo since they were key objectives.

Going forward hope cities like Rome have a unique model on the campaign and battle map. It just adds to the epicness for me, I thought it was pretty sexy seeing Kyoto's unique campaign and battle map model for the first time.

I believe if you had left the Fog of war on, the paper map would show you where it was easily.
A plea to CA: Please give us NON-STEAM OPTIONS such as with GOG.COM`s Alan Wake and Witcher 2, etc. Even allow a system such that Mount and Blade Uses. Many of us will pay extra for a Steam-free version of RTW2.
The use of STEAM-ONLY by CA is ethically wrong because:
    1. It does not need to be forced. It could be optional as other games have proven.
    2. It discriminates between internet users and non-users or those who simply do not want it.
    3. The `advantages` are only advantages in a very small and superficial manner. They do not counter the disadvantages.
    4. It suits the company way more than the user. We are simply told it`s better for us
Finally,I shall not give CA|SEGA my money for RTW2 while it forces Steam on me. They have given us no good reason why it must be so. Basically they don`t care.

A Steam Option would benefit ALL. Don`t fight us, JOIN us.
    Games don`t need forced Steam

That's actually not true. With the fog on it would have given him the domain name, which is not "Kyoto".

You`re probably right. I was just now looking for Kyoto on the paper map ingame and couldn`t find it. In the end I had to check a real map.

Your map marks Tokyo, not Kyoto.

High level castle with Armory fully Upgraded... 30,000 koku
Full stack of Samurai... 20,000 koku
Capturing the wrong city because you mixed up two letters... priceless
    Tools: MMS 1.3 - PFM 2.4.1 - EditSF 1.0.7

Minor TW Tools: Savegame Autobackup, RandomSeedChanger, Replay Browser, Preference Editor
My mods: Extended Camera - No Handicap on Normal - Add occupation resistance to AI - FotS Defenses Rebalance
If you're artistically inclined, I could do with some icons for my mods and tools....

Hopefully I'll get around to posting vids in my YouTube channel at one time.

    Respecto Patronum
