well, this can be somewhat complicated as it involves editing several files, so I wouldn't advise it, unless u have some experience in text editing EB:
1.go to EB\sp game edu backup\export_descr_unit.txt . find the unit you want, then in the ownership line add the faction u want it to be able to recruit.
(makedonia's internal name is macedon)
2.a) go to EB\Data export_descr_buildings.txt. search for the macedon barracks (Barracks_k is for native units, Barracks_y is for regionals)
b) each barrack has several levels (5), so if u want to be able to recruit the unit starting level 3, u will need to have the same entries in levels 4 & 5 as well.
c) in EB, units are also region specific, this is identified by the hidden_resource line at each unit entry, meaning for every region u want to be able to recruit the unit, u will need to have an entry with the unit name, factions that can recruit from that barrack, and the hidden resource.
if u want to find a region's hidden_resource go to EB\Data\world\maps\base\descr_regions.txt.
3. go to EB\Data\descr_model_battle.txt. find the entry for the unit, it will have one or several texture & model_sprite lines, choose one of each (preferably one with a greek culture since u are adding for macedon) copy paste the lines, then replace the faction type at the begining of the line with macedon.
4. go to EB\Data\UI\UNIT_INFO. make a copy of the unit tga file from the faction you are copying the unit from & paste it into the macedon folder.
5. go to EB\Data\UI\UNITS. repeat step 4.
Important note: backup the files before editing & use notepad++
