Denmark 1500 Maps?

Has anyone got (or links) to any decent maps of Denmark around 1500's (ish)?

Denmark would still look the same two thousand years ago or more, its take a long time for the land to change.

Are you looking for pictures of original 1500's maps or just maps of the kingdom?

This is a map made by a Swede named Olaus Magnus in 1539. It's a big improvement of the Scandinavian peninsula over previous maps, but Denmark could be better.



This is a map of the extent of the Kalmar Union, 1500.

Thanks, more like the second one, but more zoomed in and just Denmark, I believe they held parts of Sweden, but Im not sure.

The Kalmar Union was partially dissolved in 1523, but Denmark kept the southern tip of Sweden until 1658. So the maps will look very different depending on which side of 1523 you focus on.

Well the exact date I want is actually 1484, but just thought 1500 was easier. But yes before 1523.

But that last one is good enough, cheers.

Now I just need to figure out a way to extract the outline of Denmark and Norway into photoshop or something lol.
