Lord Henry Lannister departs from a small Barge, admiring the view of the island. he requests an audience with Lord Buliwyf Drumm.
A scrawny old man with a limp leg is unloading fish from a rickity old fishing boat on a rickity old dock, and notices the man arriving from his barge.
The old man can tell he is not of the Iron Islands. He can tell by the sigil upon the traveller's guards chests it is of House Lannister. The old man speaks
Can I help you milord?
It is obvious now there is no Drumm guards present at the old, unkempt wharf
Henry approaches the man. In a polite tone, he says;
Could you by any chance tell me the way to Stone hall castle? I am here to see Lord Drumm.
The man points just up to a couple of men on the road just ahead
Just up ahead milord, they are escort guards. They will take you to Stone Hall Castle.
The old man bows his head before returning to work unloading fish
henry tosses the man an Iron dagger, remembering that ironborn prefer weapons and practical items to coins.
He then follows the old mans directions towards the guards.
I wish to see lord Drumm.
he says to the guards
The guard bows before a man he takes as a Lannister of Casterly Rock
Right away milord, its not oft we see highborne lords in these parts.
The guard beckons the other two men to lead ahead
It isn't far, milord. Just a league around the bend ahead.
Henry nods to the guardsman, and follows his directions. He soon sees the looming fortress of house drumm
Upon seeing the envoy approach, several guards watch as it passes under the portcullis
The envoy reaches the the footsteps leading up to the great dark timber doors leading to the main hall of the keep
As the envoy enters, Lord Buliwyf comes to greet his guest
Lord Henry Lannister, I presume.
Buliwyf bows before Lord Henry
What brings you to my small part of The Islands, My Lord?
Henry nods to lord Buliwyf
Lord Buliwyf, I have come to discuss the fate of these islands. Lord Greyjoy has dissappeared no?
Nobody knows. He as just gone. Vanished. Along with the rest of his family. You are left without a liege lord.
This does not make sense. Forgive me for my ignorance, Lord Henry. I was made unaware of the situation. What can this mean now for The Iron Islands? There will be anarchy in the absence of a Liegelord.
Buliwyf has a puzzled expression on his face
indeed. The news will need to be delivered to the other lords. You need to elect a leader, otherwise you will lose out in a great opportunity. Lord greyjoy and the other lords of The great houses bar house Tully made an... Agreement for the isles' independence, on the promise that they would help us perform certain... Activities.
A Kingsmoot...
This is easier said than done, I'm afraid. With the absence of a Greyjoy, there would be mayhem at this "election". Tensions would ignite between other houses, there will be civil war. There must be a Greyjoy whom remains. It is the only way there will be a successful Kingsmoot.
My House is ancient, and has been serving the Isles for thousands of years, but I lack the strength in forces to compete with other houses alone, My Lord.
Buliwyf rubs his chin and ponders what the possible outcomes of this could be
The Goodbrothers, the Harlaws, the Orkmonts, the Saltcliffes, even the Blacktydes will all claim kingship over The Isles, if not for themselves...
I must speak with Pyke, and discover what happened to the Greyjoys. Once word of this gets out to the other Lords, there will be mayhem and descent...
..I will not.. I cannot allow this to happen to my people, the Ironborn.

Henry nodded.
You must do something. The iron islands were essential to what we were planning... And you would miss out on an opportunity of independence.
The Harlaws command the wealthiest of the Iron Isles, and the most men. They will certainly act swiftly and sieze control of the Isles before anyone can react. But I refuse to bend the knee to a Harlaw, who has no rightful claim to the Seastone Chair.
This leaves me in a bad position, Lord Henry.
If you swear to aid me and my allies if you become lord of these islands, then I will grant you the men you need. Your independence will come in due course. After the war that will decide the fate of westeros.
I suppose this leaves me no course for alternative.
An independence for my people is a dream long vanished. If you grant me your support for my House's claim on the Seastone Chair, you shall have my support and the support of the Islands, Lord Henry. This I assure you.
House Drumm may be small, but we honor our words. There will be a war in the Isles, The Harlaws against the Drumms. With your assistance, I can reestablish control of the Islands. We have an accord, My Lord.
Henry nodded.
Contact me when you need me, and my men shall be yours. harlaw cannot summon many men alone, and I will send as many men as you need to your aid.
Henry gestured to the door.
Do I have your leave to go Lord Drumm?
