How to have your steam games on several hard drives and make room for TW and mods

This week, I discover this freeware: steam mover. With it you are not obliged to keep all your steam games in the same hard drive.

I have so many mods that I have my first hard drive full. Steam mover allows you to have steam games in 2 or three differents hard drives. I moved two games towards my second hard drive and let my total war games in the first one.

I have just found this,,,can anyone exsplain how it works,,,if it does please,,,do you load your disc then choose e or f for example???,,,I have no idea...
