In order to both resolve and prevent a potentially long running dispute on the legality of a revote, and the legality of a petition for an illegal action, and in order to give the civitates of TWC the ability to hold a vote on the correct information, even though such information is actually irrelevant to the current rules, i hereby resign the rank of Divus of TWC, effective immediately.

It it nice to know that after months of pressure, facing a revote tBP has finally decided to do what should have been done months ago. Finally tBP has done what is right and for that, he gains my acceptance.

ui'm doing this to prevent a couple of months of wrangling over whether a revote, is actually legal - which it isn't followed by a case to the CdeC to strip me of the rank, which is the only means apart from my resignation, that it can be removed.

i don't think its fair or proper for me, or any other person to request that they themselves be rewarded with any rank, and with regard to a basic civitates rank, this is even enshrined in law (or is use to be)
