Hearts Of Iron III Organization Level Problem please help

Hi. So I've been playing the game for a few years but now the organization level of most of my units is at 0. This is despite the fact that my officer percentage if well above 100%. Still, the organization level of my units are going up by +0. I've been waiting for a long time but this doesn't change.

Please somebody help. This is rendering the game unplayable for me, I can't attack or use my troops. Is there an organization level cheat or something? Thank you

I think I know exactly what's wrong. You're probably using a mod for SF that wasn't updated to use the final patch. SF added a new variable for maximum officer ratio, and old mods don't have an entry for said variable, causing the max to default to 0. No organization cheat will fix the problem, because the max org for all units is 0 due to the variable not being initialized in defines.lua. You need to get an updated version of the mod you're using.

Thanks Bromgev but the problem was a lot more simple. I joined the axis and was the only country to have a border with the allies. So they dumped like 80 expeditionary forces on me which completely sucked dry my supply and organization. Apparently this is a problem that many others have had. It sucks especially since I'm not willing to manually send back 80 units just to have them sent back to me later. That wouldn't be playing the game, that would be like cleaning spam :/

So I loaded an earlier version of my game and haven't joined the axis, which makes my war against the allies harder but oh well.
