No, it's in fact quite well documented behaviour of big equipment crews throughout the ages, realistically portrayed in TW series. I believe that Ceasar himself complained in one of his letters to the Senate that ballista crews tend to get stuck at the battle borders and thus are always late on the battlefield.Originally Posted by magpie

In my opinion you're injecting too much drama and theatrics into a situation that warrants none.Iīm pleasantly surprised you are reaching out with a helping hand to humble warrior and would very much like to pay you my compliments for that. He is a true supporter and friend of the Total War Series and therefore does not hold back with honest criticism. At a first glance his statements sometimes can appear to be provocative but to say that he rants the present Total War Installments is in my opinion exaggerated. One thing is absolutely clear: His intentions are sincere and he wants the series to change for the better. In fact need we need more people of his kind. He is nonconformist and thus indispensable.
"For the better" is a very relative term, and while I have no strong feelings towards the guy himself, I think a lot of people disagree with his views and the way he expresses them for good reason.

Let me assure you that I respect your opinion. However I canīt change my feelings towards Humble Warrior. I just like the fellow because he often states unconfortable truths in a very dashing manner.

I never have time to look at graphics, but when I take time to I expect them to not look worse then medieval 2, so CA can you explain why the graphics went from amazing toin 1 patch?

-Mod Leader for Shogun 2: Foreign Invasion if you want a mod with alot of units this is for you, not only is there the 40 units CA made theres planned to be atleast 177 NEW units when its done.
-Modder in the World War I and Shogun II project. The only full scale mod for FOTS and it plays nothing like FOTS. FOTS may have Gatling guns, WW1&S2 has tekidanto samurai, SNLF, MGs, kisho snipers, assault infantry(shotguns) just to name a few.

But really, I DO get where they're coming from. CA has messed a few things up, but they're fixing it. They've said they are fixing it.

Well I could believe that the game is still relativley new, there's still the problems that just about every game ever has lingering about and that in due time CA will do their best to take care of those as time permits..........OR I could beleive that it's most likely a personal affront to my honor that only a giant computer gaming corporation could have the reasources to pull off.
I think we all know that the second option is clearly the more logical one.

Why do I need to do a 9GB patch when I only play Shogun for the campaign. I really don't want to download the patch after all the stuff I've read about how the patch ruins the game.
Btw, are patches supposed to fix games and graphics, not wreck them?
