What? I thought at least Anton III was on the train with regard to his Sekigahara Campaign Mod or some other great creation of his. I guess that goes to show the shortcomings of the nomination process.

Hi! Congratulations. You did the work to be there. In the other hand the rules were made public through all the process and the people called twice to nominate and in a long period. We cannot force them to do it.

Still, there were other mods out there that required quite a bit of historical research. Even if the creators did not nominate those mods, I believe they should have been included in the production list for the community to cast their votes on.

The committee decided to do so in the first moments. As the nominations were low, some members nominated, but when the preballots came out, there were serious work property claims, because the ones that know better the work done are the modders themselves. But as you see there was a preballot published period for any to say who should we contact to make their own nominations.

Well the Seki Campaign kinda is late on that regard, released on 2012.

Still cheer up, you deserved it, I mean who the hell pored through those web pages finding good enough clan retextures.

(I did too, during the Seki, but I kinda half arsed it on some clans, I mean really. Minor clans from vanilla are hard already but MINOR clans from the Seki time scale is really really hard, you just jumped to whatever google image search gives you........or you base on your favourite anime that mentions clan. )

PS. I should've informed General Malaise (in active AFAIK) about this, his Zen mod was similar, hell I consider superior to the S2 realism (IMHO of course)

True, work property claims could go wrong if not made by the creators. So the nomination process must engage the modders in some way or other.

Pity that so many fail to respond. Like Yarkis de Bodemlose for TROM3 in almost all modding categories.

The Sekigahara Campaign was not playable in some version in 2011? Oh, I see. But Anton had other creations eligible for vote, I think.

Well, certain things must take their due course, don't they, Anton? Good modding cannot be rushed. I feel a bit like you here, too, as the final release of ACC, tripling the size of it all, came two weeks into 2012.
