Higo-no-Kato
You start allied with Kuroda who have Buzen and Bungo. Kobayakawa with Hizen and Tsukushi is above you, Shimazu with Satsuma is below you and Hongo with Hyuga and Osumi-all toyotomi supporters.
A possible start to your Kato campaign. Hard difficulty, long campaign.
Turn 1- Queue 1 yari ashigaru in Higo, choose an art then move all units inside your castle. Move Kato Kiyomasa, 2 YA's and 1 BA just below the Tsukushi border. Attack Kobayakawa by having Kato and your bow ashigaru separate from your other units and move toward Hizen.
Turn 2- Attack Hizen with Kato and your BA(separate Kato to siege), eliminate the defenders with arrows. Beware with this castle type the samurai retainers might move outside of the castle. Then join Kato with your BA.
Queue 1 unit in Hizen, 2 units in Higo. Send the rest of your forces to attack Tsukushi first combining them with the 2 YA's. Trade agreements with Kuroda and Hongo. Shimazu might declare war(Don't worry as it will take them several turns to get to you).
Turn 3-Tax exempt Hizen, Queue 1 unit in Hizen and move your BA inside Hizen, Queue 2 units in Higo. Siege Tsukushi with Kato, move the rest of your forces to reinforce him. Move 2 units in Higo towards Hizen(optional). Kobayakawa sallies.
Turn 4-If their was any Kobayakawa survivors then take the castle. You now have 3 profitable provinces. You should then turn your attention to Shimazu and Hongo. Also use the Hizen port to secure the trade nodes.
