    Hello guys

    Wanted to try your mod, but as soon as I've started campaign noticed that there are only 4 turns per year. Is it how the mod was designed? Or that is some issue on my side?
    Was always a fan of atleast 12 per year.

    64 views and 0 replies, really....?!

    Hi, not Yarkis, but I'll try to answer...

    The mod was deliberately developed around 4 turns per year. The balancing would be completely out of scale game-wide at 12 turns. Although costs, upkeep, some modifiers etc. can be changed appropriately, there are a number of issues that would be difficult if not impossible to work around and get certain game mechanics and AI behavior to line up correctly.

    Play it anyway It's quite nice. A lot of effort has gone into historical elements and strategic gameplay. The tech tree and associated new units add a lot of depth. Campaign play is slower and more thoughtful overall, so 12 turns vs 4 turns becomes somewhat superficial with that being the case.

    Also, there is a preliminary version for FotS (which is based on 2 week turns) though obviously not in as finished of a state as that for Sengoku.
