Sigmund Swann arrives. He wore his finest robes with his badges of office in the Stormlands; Chief Bannerman and Regent of the Stormlands. His cape was the symbol of the Swann House. He walks up to the Royal Palace, requesting to see King Tyrion.

"Very well, I will grant you to watch over your lands, but this is your home now and you must live here. As well I hope this wont disturb your duties.

I shall live within the palace, according to your will, Your Majesty. I will only go back to my lands a couple times a week to check on matters with Summerhall, Stonehelm and the Stormlands.
