Wasn't it always free with windows?

I was at a friend's house and got permission to spend the night there, when I felt that I'd made the wrong choice and prayed about it being the right one to stay at the friend's house. I still felt it wasn't, so I called for a ride home. I got home seven minutes after my mother died. Don't ing tell me that there is no God.

Ah. Almost every computer I've used until the one I currently own has come with it.

But I do think that PPT '07 comes with Windows Live... I think.

Powerpoint viewer does, but not Powerpoint itself.

computers sometime come with office starter, which is a limited version of office and lacks all but the basic features.

however no windows pc 'comes' with office. Microsoft office must be bought separately (and this has always been so) when buying a PC though you often get a chance to buy office as well at a discount deal.

Aggy have you ever actually bought a computer? Not an accusation, just a general question. You're only what? 15-16? it's possible that every computer you have ever had was bought by your parents and they bought office to go with it. Either that or you are mistaking it with office starter.

Nope. This is actually my first computer, my dad bought it (and was too cheap to buy office). The others I've used were work, school, and hotel computers.

Is it like software where one copy goes with one computer and one computer only? At school just about every single computer (number is in the hundreds) has at least word, and then a good bit of them have powerpoint, excel, and the other one, which the name escapes me at this time, along with it. If not, they just bought like a few copies and downloaded it to every computer. We also have variants. The older ones in the library and computer labs have microsoft, etc. 2003 while the newer ones have 2010 edition (which, oh my goodness, is sooo much better).

Well, usually per home use pack there's three licenses, but I'd assume the schools can buy bigger packs.

Has anybody else read the full Sharpe series?

I'm almost done, but I'm trying to make a unit mod for the major units and villains in the series. The problem is that I'm starting to forget all the units I planned from the 20 or so books I've read.

Perhaps somebody can help me jog my memory? Any requests? I don't want the TV series nonsense they put.

Which ones specifically? Are there any military units that you remember particularly in them?

Off the top of my head, I remember the Hindu Strongmen in Sharpe's Tiger, and all of that muslim guy's forces.

    Somebody's missed out.

It's a Historical Fiction set in the Napoleonic Wars by Bernard Cornwell.

Kaiser, I was considering putting in the Tippoo's Tiger Troops or Guidin's squad but since there is no India in NTW and these were for the European campaign I felt they didn't really fit. But I do have the 33rd Light Company because of that being where Sharpe started his military career.

Hmm, Loup's Brigade for sure, could add in several partisans, like El Castrador, La Adguja, the dude from Sharpe's Gold, the 87th Royal Irish, the 88th Connaucht Rangers, perhaps a French Agent "La Marquesa" though that would be tougher (or make one of Wellington's ancillaries Major Hogan ) maybe some of the spacial Cazadors armed with Baker rifles, Im running out of things too
