Wilkinson infantry officers sword, 1882 pattern blade with a 'new regulation' 1897 hilt? More specifically (possibly), Brigadier General Aubrey Gordon Pritchard's sword with an 1887 blade and new reg 1897 hilt? ( here - 16th sword down, click on photo).
