Apparently an M113 APC operated by the Dutch military.

No, based on the M113 APC but a different vehicle. Name please. And it was also operated by the Canadians, but they only used it with the .50 MG.
If anybody wants to do some digging: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M113_Ar...rrier_variants

Then I'm going to speculate it's the YPR 765 AIFV 25mm.
Eats, shoots, and leaves.
No, that one looks like this.
The vehicle in my picture was made by the same company as the M113 and the AIFV (YPR765). It shares many components with the M113 and looks a lot like it, but there are also significant differences. Its manufacturer gave it nearly the same designation as the M113 and it's not the M114 (that would have probably been your next guess).

Final hints. This vehicle's designation is between the M-113 and the M-114. It's a reconnaisance vehicle.
This is a new picture of the same vehicle armed with a .50 machine gun.
Original picture with 25mm gun.
Old hints:
*This vehicle was used by the Canadian and Dutch military during the cold war.
*It was armed with a 25mm cannon or a .50 machine gun.
*It's not a M-113 or AIFV but it shares many components with the M-113 and was made by the same manufacturer.
Lynx reconnaissance vehicle (manufacturer's name: M113½ Command and Reconnaissance Vehicle, abbr. M113 C&R)
