8/10 - Beirut has some really good songs. That one is one of the best from them.
Anyway, continuing my trend of getting you guys to know music I'm sure you would never listen to...
I'm not in Hip-Hop (I love trip hop and acid jazz though) but the Portuguese scene sometimes overwhelms me big time.
@ Mind, if you don't get what they're singing, don't fret. Thick suburban Lisbon accent while pronouncing words fast with some English/Portuguese lingo thrown in? Nearly impossible for any Brazilian (and even Southern Portuguese/Islander) to understand at first

8/10. Most of the foreign languages in music that I'm exposed to is stereotypical Mexican music in Spanish,so this is a welcome change.

8.5/10 YES! One my favourite bands ever, they and King Crimson, for me, are the kings of progressive rock!
Anyway, here's another from me:
I'll try to look up for the lyrics in English because they're gorgeous, that man is a lyrical genius...
I give it a meh, though if I knew what the words meant it may have altered my first impression.

Interesting, although it's not intentional I like the vinyl hiss over most of the song. 7/10.
