You need to upload to an image sharing website, I recommend either imgur or tinypic since they're free, and copy the link. Now click on the insert image button in the toolbar (looks like a small picture, right next to a globe with a red x) and paste the link there. Done.

Say Cheese is only for posting pictures of yourself. Pictures of other members, and pictures of other people, is off topic. Any more instances of that will be dealt with more severely than a simple delete.

This is a bad photo of me seasick on a yacht trying not to spew everywhere. I was feeling pretty miserable as you can probably tell. I don't know why my hands are covering my crotch.
