Heard that one too. It's not my style, I prefer messy hair which I can make into a single fat braid if I must attempt to look cultured for some occasion. Dreads limit that to just messy option.

I think about 12 kg. If you never wore it, it's very noticeable toll on your shoulders and back. Takes some getting used too, specially if you're out of shape (I actually never been in shape) like me.
