Me, I hope for Bran. Such a free spirit, the same age as my boy when he was pushed off the wall and paralysed. Although we know he will never walk again, I hope there will be more to the rest of his life than being a tree. A warging, time-travelling tree - but a tree nevertheless.

Man that guys is one of the grim funny guys in the books his remarks are so cool sometimes like :

"Once they figure a way to work a dead horse, we'll be next. Likely I'll be the first too. 'Edd,' they'll say, 'dying's no excuse for laying down no more, so get on up and take this spear, you've got first watch tonight.' Well, I shouldn't be so gloomy. Might be I'll die before they work it out."

The dead are likely dull fellows, full of tedious complaints - 'the ground's too cold, my gravestone should be larger, why does HE get more worms than I do..

Having thought some more - Jaime Lannister. He's been on an interesting journey - lost a son and hand, but gained a concience. Drifting apart from his bat- crazy sister/lover. Struggling to rationalise honouring your vows vs doing/protecting evil. Going round making peace in the Riverlands through his fearsome reputation without ever having to fight someone.

I'm hoping he'll find some kind of peace, or place in the world - not sure how he's going to do it mind, when his 2 remaining children and sister/lover are going to die, the latter possibly at his own hands.
