Can't uninstall Medieval 2

Hey guys,
I wanted to uninstall Medieval because some words dissapeared after I installed kingdoms and patch 1.3(see my other topic). First I uninstalled all of the kingdoms campaigns. But when the uninstall was somewhere like halfway there was an error. I uninstalled the rest of kingdoms at add/uninstall programms. But I couldn't install it anymore, because it said it was not uninstalled. But I also can't uninstall the gam anywher. I've got the same problem with the main game. Anyone know a solution?

You can uninstall the game through Control Panel >Add/Remove Programs starting with the Kingdoms campaigns first. http://shoguntotalwar.yuku.com/topic...l-II-Total-War as a last resort.

Remember, after uninstalling delete all Medieval II total War folders, run a good registry cleaner, and reboot.

Maybe I should have used registry cleaner before reinstalling Medieval 2. But I left Kingdoms on my computer.

Hey all, I had the same problem, what is a good safe registry cleaner? I'm leery of just downloading a random one.

I use Wise registry cleaner, the tools on this download page are reasonably 'dummy proof'
