Ok, so I´ve read this thread through and if you want my advice here it is:
Focus on something else than wanting to go to the US.
Why? You´re only 15 (correct me if wrong). At that age it would be extremely difficult to get in the US within the next 3/4 years.
Secondly, and foremost, you should check your reasonings on why to go. Women? Skyscrapers? Reenactment? Sorry, but if you really want to spend the rest of your life in the US those reasons won´t stick. Mainly because you have those in Europe too, so I would really like to know if there are any more reasons.
If you want to go there, first thing you would want to do is learn proper English. I can understand you, but your grammar is shaky, and you might want to train your speaking abilities. I would advise you to try that in another way than asking your family. Try the internet, on sites like these or specialised sites in learning English. There are enough people who want to learn it to you. Also, watch movies (with subtitles if you want), read books etc.
In the long run I would also advise you to get a good education in the Netherlands first. I´m Dutch too, and Dutch degrees are highly valued abroad. Besides, when you got your degree you´ll be older and also more experienced for a trip to the US.
Concluding: get your priorities straight and try to build in small steps to your goal of going to the US.
to the op:
Happiness doesn't come from where you live. If you move to the states, you're going to be away from a family that clearly loves you. You're going to be away from it all. And for what? I've been to Europe, and to be honest, Northern Europe and the Netherlands and its really not very different from the USA.
How about this. Make an arrangement with yourself.
THIS IS CRITICAL TO ACHIEVING ANY POSSIBLE GOAL: Do well in school
Apply to universities in both the US and Europe
If you go to school in Europe, do a semester abroad in the US.
See if you really like the US and if it actually fits you better (tour across the US, the culture and mentality is very different depending on what state)
If you still think the US is for you, now you'll have an education to back your dream up.
Not San Francisco, West LA, and San Diego (for west coast cities).
East coast has even more.
I know that California also recently basically declared war on urban sprawl. I actually am for that. Aside from West LA and South Orange County, Los Angeles is a rather ugly city.
What on earth are you talking about?
The US is by far the least racist place in the world, aside from Canada and Australia. My school and city is less than 50% white and the university I'll be going to next year is only 30% white.
I have never experienced one ounce of racism or discrimination in my life. (for reference, I'm a half-Korean half-Caucasian male). More than half of my friends are either Indian, Hispanic, Persian, or
African-American.
And sorry to rock your boat, but from my experiences, Europe is more racist. They outspokenly called the Arabs and Turks "dirty" and said that they wished they would just leave.

Honestly I would totally go and get a degree in the Netherlands if I could but I cant. I am in Sweden.
LA is basically the mother of all pavement cities. There are barely any parks and everyone drives. SF is better. On the Westcoast my fav places are the bay area (Oakland, SF) Portland and Seattle.
Boston is great, so is DC. New York has a bit too much pavement and they thought everything would be good if they just put a huge park in the middle of the city.
New Jersey is a majorup.
Its really from personal experience...

Firstly, who are these "they" you're talking about? And sorry to rock your boat, but from my experiences, Europe is more racist. They outspokenly called the Arabs and Turks "dirty" and said that they wished they would just leave.
Secondly, you live at a place where racism isn't common, good for you hope you enjoy it. But at the same time the US is huge and a lot of people are very racist. Heck, only a couple of hundred years ago all black people where slaves and only a couple of ten years ago black people couldn't sit in buses or go to the good schools. A lot of that is improved of course, but there is still alot of it left, especially in the southern states.
The best place you could go is the UK, Sweden, or the best of all, Norway (Country with the highest living standard and population happiness). People there are good (As far as I know), but in the USA people have changed a lot, I am a Latin living in Puerto Rico, and I have been insulted many times by North Americans because I am Latin or because I speak Spanish, I have been called Mexican or taco eater, illegal, criminal, tax robber, that Ied up their country, welfare robber, ya know. Plus the people there have changed, they have become very greedy recently, their politics are all
ed up (Both parties have pathetic candidates), there are no jobs, drugs are everywhere, all girls are pregnant at very early ages, there is inflation, and USA relations with the world are crumbling. Overall, I wont recommend going to USA right now, probably in a few years if the country does not collapses and gets fixed. Right now the best places are UK, Sweden, and Norway.
Edit: Oh, and many of the North Americans are VERY, BUT VERY, IGNORANT

I agree with MathiasofAthens, a lot of cities in the United States are not or can't really be considered urban, especially where I used to live. In Phoenix everyone drives and if you ride a bicycle you're either poor, working out or just stupid and making a fool out of yourself. The suburbs take up so much space that the city is one of the largest in the world in area - and quite thinned out in population per square mile. There is concrete everywhere and designated parks in some spots where people gather like monkeys in a zoo - there is no available wilderness, and there is no nature intermixed with the city like there is in Sweden. Also, the entire city of Phoenix is organized into squares, or blocks with roads criss-crossing in a either horizontal or vertical pattern, nice.
I'm not so much concerned about all of this if it weren't for the children. Sometimes Phoenix seems to me too much like a concrete jungle, I'm concerned to the humans growing up there, creating their realities there.
I agree, SF on the west coast is better and LA not so much.
Once you`ll grow up you`ll realize that there are beautiful girls in every country. It`s like some wise words i heard once "As a little teenager you`ll think "Big boobs are wonderful!" But as you grow up you`ll realize "Boobs are wonderful, no matter the size." The same applies to the land girls come from. (And you can`t tell me.. If a girl presses a wet, hungry kiss on your lips you will ask "Are you american? If not, sorry i`m not interested"... That`s a damned stupid reason to get out of the netherlands, even if their language sounds like a horrible mix between english and german.)
Also, German girls are the best. Everyone knows that.
Guess you never been to Deutschland. The best country in the world.
Honestly at times I feel like people live in these artificial and ugly suburbs and vacation elsewhere... they go to Europe and marvel at these tiny streets and beautiful buildings but return home and drive down smoggy and dirty streets to their job and back home again through traffic? Why would anyone want to live like that I dont know.
The grid design is one of the worst city designs we have created for outselves, I honestly hate it. The Parisian street design is honestly a lot better, the DC system is sorta adapted to that.
Have you been to Sweden, you talked like you are familiar with it?

Und das Wetter, die Städte, und die Frauen! Ich bin nicht Deutsch, aber.
Actually i find that most of these aren`t that pretty. Most of them are too thin and they don`t look like the german girls you`ll find on the streets- Don`t know, regardless of the land, i like the charm of a pretty, common, girl more than the looks of some "stylish" model.
That doesn't mean there isn't racism. Racism is less common in big cities, go to rural areas or small towns which are almost exclusively white (there's if anything more of those in the US than Western Europe) and you'll find racists.
Oh dear. I suggest you go and read up on an organisation called the KKK. There are a lot of Neo-Nazis in the US today, and look at the kind of abuse that gets directed at Mexicans. Just as much as Muslims in Europe, in fact in America it's actually a political issue which shows how much more important it is than in the UK for instance. And sorry to rock your boat, but from my experiences, Europe is more racist. They outspokenly called the Arabs and Turks "dirty" and said that they wished they would just leave.
yea the kkk [ku klux klan] really excisthttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KKK
No offence, but it's really fun to watch people who have no clue what they're talking about. I lived in the USA for 6 years and I can eeeaaaaaaaaasily say that we Finns are way moreing racist. In Finland you hear the "n word" all the time, or when a Somali walks by or something he gets teased. Finland is very horrible in that aspect, because they're very confined with their social perimeters, for example. let's say an African American come to talk to a group of Finnish guys (age 16), what do you think would happen when we Finns treat each other so badly already? Trust me, the media has
ed up America's image and people believe everything they see on tv even though they got NO clue what's the hell is actually going on. Sure, there are a lot of racist people everywhere, including the USA, but when you say that what I just quoted above even though you have no first hand experience with Americans or their way of life, right?
Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of messed up people living in America, just like everywhere else.
And to Rohan, lucky you man, I always wanted to go to the Netherlands, really sexy women over there![]()
Wait, you are speaking English to your adoption parents even though Dutch is your first language and you have lived here for over 13 years.
Sense. This makes none.

Why is it that everyone here calling America racist isn't even American nor has spent any considerable time in the US?
I've lived here for nearly 18 years now and have been all across it: East, West, and South. People could care less what race you are. For everyone outside of Alabama, Mississippi, and South Carolina, racism is dead. And for those who are racist, its so heavily shunned that they have to hide it. Any form of outspoken bigotry anywhere is now met with a massive hailstorm of condemnation.

Careful scott. Calling any nation or state racist is an outrageous and unprovable claim. But claiming a country doesnt have any racists is equally outrageous. Lets just admit that every country has racists and leave it at that?
Oh in no way I was saying that Europe is a racist place or that America is a racism free place. Neither are, and compared to the rest of the world, they are both very very accepting place. But the person I was responding to basically painting the US as this place full of white supremacists and blatant racism and, as you can tell, it irked me a bit and I needed to give him a reality check![]()
