Masons Guild bonus not showing

Has anyone figured how to show the given construction cost and time bonus on the building scroll? I tried through the strat.txt but nothing happened.

Never seen any of the cost or time bonuses displayed. The remarks would suggest that it has been removed since RTW:

{SMT_CAPABILITY_CONSTRUCTION_COST_BONUS_MILITARY} DO NOT TRANSLATE << THIS TEXT SHOULDN'T BE DISPLAYED >>

Lol that's class! I was thinking of doing the same thing but i thought that all of those codes worked. Do you guys know any other code that has no effect too? I want to use that for the construction time reduction too.
And btw, does the "bodyguard" code do anything? I typed that in a building but it didn't show up in the buidling scroll neither, despite having a description in the strat.txt
