Naggarythe, because everybody know how evil I can be
I voted for Eataine, I am interested to see if anyone chooses Cothique and Chrace
70% installed! (Thanks Kolwen for saying all the parts were up lol).
Just played a few battles.
I must say, I'm loving the mod so far! The models are absolutely fantastic! I have yet to look at the map, but I have high hopes for the campaign.
Excellent work, Sundering team
Eataine, let the seaguard rule the waves
I have to echo what THP said, the Daemons, CoB and Dragons in particular are stunning, amazing work!
Are the Lions of Chrace ingame ? If so Chrace without hesitation ^^
Otherwise Tiranoc or Ellyrion
Great jobs everyone btw, everything looks stunning
i remind to everybody Tiranoc is not playable faction and allied with Nagarythe. The realm has collaspsed with the death of Bel-Shanaar who was the Phoenix King but also a High Noble of Tiranoc. With his death, the realm was disorganised pretty quickly and with some political intrigues and bribes, fell into Naggarothi's submission.
Tiranoc is some kinda forced ally to Nagarythe regarding to lore.

I started my first campaign with Naggarythe, had immense problems with Chaos and rebellions.
But since I rarely stick to one side, I'll try a Caledor campaign next, or Averlorn, or Saphery ...
One question, though: Why isn't Anar (spelled correctly) playable? These Shadows are absolutely amazing, two of them took out five units of militia in a custom battle.
All factions have problem with religious unrest (this is a religious civil war), in addition, Nagarythe are the true spartans of Ulthuan with a deep military traditions. Their generals are good with war but are so-so administrators.
Concerning Anars, the faction is too small and meant to disappear regarding the lore, but don t worry you ll be able to recruit Shadow Warriors whatever the faction you ll play.
Just accept to build a "Shadow Warriors Hideout" building when you ll be able to and you ll be allowed to recruit those guys

Yup, so I've seen. Already enjoying them in my Saphery tryout.
I started with Caledor (Dragon Princes are brutal btw and I love it) and within the first 10-20 turns I became a protectorate of Tiranoc (who are themselves a protectorate of Nagarythe) so as to buy myself some time. About 20-30 turns later Nagarythe eventually betrayed me but that extra 20 or 30 turns seems to have made a big difference as my borders are now secure and my economy is now stable. With the immediate threat of economic instability and weak borders under control, I can now focus on taking territories from my enemies (starting with Tiranoc for being dumb enough to think that I bowed to them out of fear). Great mod, having tons of fun (although fighting off daemons that spawn armies in my territories every couple turns is getting kind of annoying and expensive....did I mention I really hate plaguebearers?), and if this is the beta, damn I can't wait to see what the final product has to offer.
I play with Yvresse.
