[Amendment] The number of terms for CdeC Medals above Gold

Good day all,

I would like to propose an amendment to the number of terms required to get medals above the Gold for CdeC. The reason of this proposal is to be consistent with other community awards.

My proposed changes will:

- Will bring consistency and fairness to all medium community awards.

Consilium de Civitate Service

The Consilium de Civitate Service Medal is awarded to former members of the Consilium at the discretion of the Curator. The bronze medal is given for two completed terms as a member of the Consilium de Civitate; the silver medal is given for four completed terms; and the gold medal is given for six completed terms; the emerald medal for 12 completed terms; the ruby for 18 completed terms; and the amethyst medal for 24 or more completed terms. The Curator is only eligible if he served the sufficient number of completed terms outside his capacity as Curator. These medals shall be awarded to all those who qualify, past and present.

Moderator's Mace

The Moderator's Mace is awarded at the discretion of the Senior Moderators in consultation with members of the administrative council. The bronze mace is given for contribution approximating to 3 months of active service, the silver mace for 6 months, the gold mace for 12 months, the emerald mace for 18 months, the ruby mace for 24 months, the amethyst mace for 36 months.

Scribe's Quill

The Scribe's Quill is awarded at the discretion of the content manager in consultation with the head of the relevant branch, or if the content manager is under consideration, by the members of the administrative council. The bronze quill is given for contribution approximating to 3 months of active service, the silver quill for 6 months, the gold quill for 12 months, the emerald quill for 18 months, the ruby quill for 24 months, the amethyst quill for 36 months.

Technician's Screwdriver

The Technician's Screwdriver is awarded at the discretion of the chief technician, or if the chief technician is under consideration, by the members of the administrative council. The bronze screwdriver is given for contribution approximating to 3 months of active service, the silver screwdriver for 6 months, the gold screwdriver for 12 months, the emerald screwdriver for 18 months, the ruby screwdriver for 24 months, the amethyst screwdriver for 36 months.

So if we compare the number of months:

Quill/Moderator's Mace and Technician's Screwdriver awards

Emerald = 18 months of service
Ruby = 24 months of service
Amethyst = 36 months of service

CdeC awards:1 term = 3 months time

Emerald = 12 completed terms = 36 months of service
Ruby = 18 terms = 54 months of service
Amethyst = 24 terms = 72 months of service

So If I read correctly a CdeC Councillor would have to do 3 years more of service to have the same colored award then any other mentioned aboved, for me this is not right and the reason I would like to propose the following:
