Well unlike you guys I haven't memorized every starting move of this game by playing hotseats for months. Also that 1 turn initial peace was in your favor.

If it wasnt you would have killed my faction leader right away because your turn is first, he begins with a smaller army and has allies blocking every escape route

Its more like you died,you cant move Jaime next turn and I can attack.
And knowing pretty much the Lannister strengh you only have Tywin stack and your armies in the west, also Tyrion is dead and Tywin doesnt have the movepoints to reach me

This is incorrect and I should clear this up before anyone starts to rely on this. If you defeat an army of a faction that is before you in the turn then he can move that defeated army next turn, because it is a new turn. If you defeat an army of a faction which is after you in the same turn then he can't move that army and you can defeat it next turn. Lannister and Tyrell always have an advantage in this.

In new hotseat playing as Joffrey I was never able to finish off the defeated Lannister and Greyjoy armies because they were before me in their turn.

If a Tyrell army beats a Crownland army the Crownland army will withdraw and lose all of its movement points for that turn, because of this when Joffrey comes up none of the defeated armies can move.
The same thing happens if a Tyrell army is defeated by a Crownland army on Joffrey's turn, the only difference being that the movement points are reset after the rebels so the Tyrells will have new movement points.
