Let me start by saying this is just an idea. I have noticed that there is a plethora of successful fantasy mods, such as Third age total war, call of warhammer total war and westeros total war but there is another medieval themed fantasy world that could provide a very interesting setting for a mod. I am of course referring to the world of the Witcher, the northern kingdoms...
For those of you who may be unfamiliar with the world of the witcher, it is a series of very successful fantasy books written by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski. The books have also spawned two great rpg games (The witcher & The Witcher 2 Assassins of Kings).

The mod wouldn't concentrate so much on the role of the witchers but more on the conflict of these kingdoms. Of course witchers could be present in the mod (i am thinking of an agent role perhaps)
Factions
Production should be fairly easy, all that is needed is a map and scripting. Units can come as donations from other mods, then all they would need is a retexturement. If everything fares well and a modding team is established, perhaps in later stages the mod can feature custom models. Personally i am an amateur 2d artist, so i could help in that sector of development but i cannot take the weight of a major role in a modding team on my shoulders due to limited free time.
So here we come to the main point of this thread, would you be interested in helping create a mod team for such a mod and eventually playing it?
