This here is my submission to the June wallpaper competition. It's technically, and unfortunately, not a mod hosted here at the TWC anymore, but this is my homage to a really great mod. I was not part of its modding team, so it's not a case of shameless self promoting...

I can honestly say that I don't know the status of any Charlemagne mod. All I did was make the logo.

Both are pretty epic, very well composed the covers Joar, Senior must be proud of this piece of art which will illustrate his own masterwork.

You should start a new portrait gallery, maybe Medieval times, Heraclius, Basil Bulgaroktonos, Roger of Sicily, Saladin, Charlemagne, Erik the Red, Canut the Great, Frederick Stupor Mundi, Timur-Lang, Gengis Khan... You would have lot of inspiration, and a wide range of famous and iconic characters for choosing. Just my humble suggestion when you decide to finish your wonderful gallery. And you would make an excellent modding resource, as I think most of the mods lack fitting portraits, for example I think its an heresy having the byzantines represented by the horrible vanilla portraits.

I miss some more sassanian shahenshas in the antiquity gallery, Kushru II maybe? Ardashir?
