Lore and Guild Buildings for the Silvan Elves

I have just been asked whether or not I want a Dance Guild. What do they do? Does it make the elves trained their more nimble on their feet? What other guilds are on offer for the Elves? Is it the same ones from MTW2, ie.e will I get a merchants guild, or swordmasters guild etc?

Also there is a building, I can't remember its name, that says it improves the Lore i.e. it is a place for the elves to hear stories etc, but it doesn't say it has any other benefits to population growth or happiness etc so what are their effects on the game?

The dance guild gives population growth. It is new in 3.x

The other building you are talking about doesn't have direct benefits but it gives "guild points" which let you build the dance guild.

Yeah the Gwaith-I-Something is a requirement for the Dance Guild. The Dance Guild improves population growth.

I'm quite sure that there are no other guilds for the Silvan Elves.

My mistake, I use Baron Samedi's mod, in that it is possible to rebuild the Silvan Kingdom of Eryd Lasgalen if you take various regions build the Dancers' Guild in Thranduil's Halls and the Foresters' Guild in Dol Guldur (Amon Lanc).

Ah nice. That's actually the reason why I wanted Baron Samedi's mod. But sadly the mod makes my game crash.
You make sure you play that mod enough for the both of us!
