It does not work for me neither, gamefront always has issues with many users. They have banned certain countries. For example, it seems that France is not considered a "reliable" contry by Gamefront..

Seems to be working just fine.
Its the original spartan_warrior's mod, so it do not contain the bai no hayasa de fixes like Wind's or akp's version.
