just two questions about this mod:

1) are faction re-emergin' ?
2) is there a way to eliminate the bridge system from europe map ?

Just two rapid replies:

1) No, factions are not re-emergin’. They can be so with modding.
2) No, there is no way to eliminate the bridge system. With modding, yes.

Hmmm..

Bridge system may ok at the end... Juicing up the game.
But re-emerging factions is something which I really want, is it so difficult to mod ?
Note that I have low knowledge of modding

I think that KCGM or DLV has re-emergent factions. You'd have to find the submod for either of these mods, but the submods are more akin to 'updates' of these mods.

BATTLE-AXE is a great mod , but I think the main appeal of this mod would be..
1 - the smaller maps / custom maps that it offers.
2 - Multiplayer / Custom Battles etc.

Battle-Axe is good for Grand-Campaign too, I just think it excels because of what I'd mentioned =)

I also thought the same PrestigeX, that DLV has re-emergent factions..

I have a quick question....I know it says diplomacy has no place in this game, but I really like diplomacy, and the "movement chores" I really like this mod, it is by far one of the best I have ever seen. Could you give me a bit of advice on how I can make this change myself?

I also want to ask questions, there will be some patches for this mod? Because it have CTD in campaign and no diplomates.

Check the log to see what the problem is.

Do a search for how to add diplomats. I remember some threads like that existing.
