Mod not working

After trying hotfix 3 my shogun2 has started to not being able to execute any mod. I know it is very strange but it is. Launcher installs the mods in data folder but none of them is used by the game. Is there any solution but unistall and download the game again?

i got the same issue too, its quite annoying.. anyone figured out how to resolve this??

I have uninstalled the full game to make a clean installation. I hope it works with 3.5.

After a Clean installation the mod works as before but the Horo removal and retexture are still not working. I think that the submods must be updated to the new patch in order to work. I will deactivate them and try another retexture mod to see if they are working.
