Yo guys! This will be the sign-ups for Death Note mafia. I'm hoping for 20 sign-ups (and I'd love reserves if possible), so feel free to invite all of yo friends n' family. This will be my second mafia hosted, so I'll try my best to balance things well (last one went decent... I think).

For those of you who don't know, Death Note is one of the best animes ever crafted by the Japanese. I recommend checking out the wiki (or sitting down and having the best 3 days of your life watching it). Knowledge of the show or manga isn't required, but it would probably make things more enjoyable for you.

In summary, Death Note is a thriller about a boy who receives a notebook that belonged to a God of Death. He can write people's names in this note book and determine when and how they die. He decides to use this notebook to purge the world of all villains and become like a god himself. The plot focuses on not only this boys story, but also the investigation force that is put together to find out how this man is killing and who he is.

Death Note is pretty amazing. Even if you aren't an anime fan, you may enjoy it. Only anime I like better is Fullmetal Alchemist. Both are just really deep and offer some intriguing questions.

Yeah, man, Death Note is good stuff. The only anime I have really watched other than that are Pokemon, DragonBall Z, and Yu Yu Hakusho way back in the day (I was like 10-14 back then). But Death Note is amazing. I will say that it kind of goes downhill at a point... and stays downhill for awhile... but it picks back up. Regardless, it's worth checking out if you have some free time.

It's definitely my favorite anime.

Anime is a genre in the same way western cartoons are. You don't have to like all of them or none of them. I only like about 5.
