Breaking news today here in the United Duchies. 80,000 French Alpian soldiers crossed the border into the United Duchies seizing the city of Macon. The Royal Armée Bourguignonne is already in route with the 2nd Mechanized Corp spearheading a counterattack.

To the west, a combined force of almost 24,000 men from the Republic of Limousin and the Federated Republic of Poitou have invaded the southern areas of the Brittany. The Dugiezh Arme Breizh was in the southern area at the time and are combating the invaders. Over 18,000 men from the Kingdom of Auvergne have invaded the middle south of the United Duchies. It is in my opinion as well as my fellow Dukes that both sides are at fault. The Baltic Union's termination of diplomatic ties only suggests unwillingness to speak with words and not weapons with Glorious Russia. I feel it is because of the breakdown of diplomatic ties that Russia declared war. This bickering over territorial rights is childish and suggests a warmongering nature. WIF's military is stretched thin currently, so for now we can only divert to the United Duchies the aid we were planning on giving to the BU: Hopefully it will be of use in the legitimate, defensive war of the Duchies against the perfidious Alpine French and their lackeys. More men equals worse quality is and you know it. The US has the Largest Army in the world and yet they're they;re the most effective. Forcing a Quantity/Quality decison is not logical. Also I know Im no where near Riga but I was stating my Intent to encircle then raze it.

OOC: Both Ferdiad and Twilight should PM Derpy their army sizes, mobilization capacity and troop locations. Derps can answer whether or not he sees them as reasonable.

Edit: Like this, when players make their move, Derpy can be a 'reserve game-master', with factual evidence to back things up. Also, if players at war make secret moves that they would like to be recorded, they can PM them to him. Agree?

I can remove the Arillery, but I just listed Historical Russian strengths. Also Russia does have a ig population and lots of that is in Western Europe. All the advantages are countered by my complete lack of a non-wartime economy and rebellion which I plan to depict by randomly painting some territory black.

Following recent international developments and stalemate in Morocco, the WIF has pulled its troops from Western Sahara. Although a cease-fire was brokered, the Moroccans payed retreating Caribbean troops in kind and they were harassed and shelled whilst embarking. Many wounded were left behind, and many of the Moroccan prisoners were executed in vengeance, despite orders to keep them alive.
