How to get rid of run when dragging with right mouse button

Very simple question:

How to get rid of running by default when dragging with right mouse button (e.g. set formation)?

Is there a way to toggle walk/run while dragging (as for example single click somewhere > walk, double click > run)?

I use dragging to set my units' formations, very rarely in such conditions that run is absolutely required...

I don't think there is actually. It was changed that way since the beginning of Shogun 2. I now just immediately press R if I don't want them to run. Going back to older games always screws me up because I have to remember it's the OPPOSITE
