    IF YOU dont have free slot for them - unit will be lost and you dont get anything.

    Retrain in Последний оплот. (Dont know how exactly it translated in eng version) "Last stand ground"
    No matter how you get them you could have only one unit of them at once.

    yes, that happened to me too! in the first battle I got 8 of them, lost maybe one of them, and then the next, while there were 14 men in the unit pre-battle, I get only 3 tanks (thus 6 men) on the battlefield...

    Oh well, I've played the table top game and recall my steam tank exploding from overheating on numerous occasions could've happened there, the tanks not showing up have malfunctioned/exploded.
    and add to that the fact that a unit of 8 steam tanks means that 80% of all functioning steam tanks in the entire world (lore) joined your army, 8 of them is too much anyway from a lore prespective...

    Which file would need to be tweaked to change (slow down) the rate of fire for the mage special units? Battles are just insane when they fire so quickly with each volley being so devastating- especially the Tzeentch sorcerors on discs!

    You can try to edit descr_EDU and increase the attack delay to max but alot of the attack rate is in the speed of the animation. The attack delay just changes the time between stop and start of the attack animations so if its a very fast animation there might only be a 10-20% slowing.

    I find myself hiding my army behind hills/buildings when possible facing magic users and sending out suicide squad to take out the magic. It does make battles more interesting I can say that. If its impossible to hide then engage enemy as quick as you can so their magic users are sometimes killing their own guys.

    I have extensively been looking for the "Kurfurst palace" building across the map, but with no avail. Would anyone like to enlighten me as to which province it is located?
