-Ah, tricks. Spoken like a Slytherin. Mind that you don't get immersed in that whole thing, or you might regret it later in life. But you'll see that today's lesson will give you an advantage, it's about an offensive transformation spell.
-Hello my boy. Looks like you're anxious to learn. That's the spirit!
-Now, I'll wait some time till the first year students arrive. When they'll do, I'll present the rules regarding your interaction with them and how classes are going to be.

León arrived to the classroom, and after checking that it was the right one, he started looking for a free spot where to sit, he greets professor Forsyth with a hand gesture and a timid smile, before sitting next to two talkative guys which looked from second grade (Cecil and Weatherby). He drew out his book titled "title to come" and started to browse it, awaiting for the class to begin.
"Rules without exceptions last eternally; Roman Law is the only law"
"The mighty sword in mighty Roman hands"
Weatherby looked over from his conversation with Cecil as the new boy approached. "Well hey, if it isn't one of Peeves' 'ickle firsties!" Whats your name?"
León turned to see the guy who was talking to him. León really didn't understand a word of what he said to him, since we wasn't that familiarised with English.
"León" stuttered in response. He was about to ask the guy what he meant with "Peeves' 'ickle firsties!" but he restrained himself, he would eventually find it out. Then, León, started to do as if he was looking for something is his bag, to avoid chatting with the Gryffindor guy, from which León felt threatened.
"Rules without exceptions last eternally; Roman Law is the only law"
"The mighty sword in mighty Roman hands"
"Leon, huh?" Cecil had overheard Weatherby's conversation with the First-Year Ravenclaw. Seeing the boy rummaging around in his bag instead of further conversing with the two of them, he laughed, "Hey Leon, no need to be so shy, we don't bite. Isn't that right, Big-Wig?" He laughed a second time, "I'm Cecil, and this here's Weatherby."
Augustus confidently walked into class, remembering his good grades from last year. Noticing the Gryffindors talking to Leon, he decided to pitch in.
"He isn't very good at speaking English, you know, it seems he prefers speaking Spanish. I could translate for you, if you want that, anyway."

Emiliana arrived at the classroom, eagerly looking foward her first class in Hogwarts; She entered into the classroom, where Milos Forsyth, the Transfiguration professor, was joking with Atticus and other boy Emiliana failed to recognise. She approached to Forsyth hoping to introduce herself to the professor. She standed slightly at the professor's left, behind of him, awaiting him to dismiss the other students in order to do what Emiliana intended, as she believed is was rude to interrupt a teacher, even though if he was only loosely talking with other classmates. When Milos Forsyth finally dismissed them, Emiliana cleared her throath, to catch the professor's attention, which then turned himself in front of Emiliana, who bowed, flexing her knees, while said "Bonjour, proffesour Forsyth, I am Emiliana Saboya di Castellazi, and I'm eager to take your class" The girl outlined a smile, awaiting for some kind of response.
and the professor smiled back, as if he was reassuring him that everything was fine.
-No name calling or else I'll take points and you'll get detention, Cecil. You're a good student, but any breach of discipline in my classroom will be punished.
-Bonjour, mademoiselle di Castellazi, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi tu parle en francais quand ton nom e italien. Anyway, there's no need for pompous presentations, just take a seat.
-Now, that everyone is here, I'll start by asking all of you : What is the most important thing in Transfiguration?

Weatherby sniggered at the mild scolding Cecil had received. "It's okay Professor, that's actually my nickname. My sister gave it to me."
Atticus rose his hand. He remembered this question from last year.
The most important thing is responsibility.
- Yes, that's correct. 5 points for Ravenclaw.. The most important thing about Transfiguration, as well as with almost all matters in magic, is to be RESPONSIBLE.
-You do get points, but for yourself, not House-points.
-I don't care if you yourself came up with that nickname, name-calling is not acceptable in my class.
2nd year:
-Now, about the spell I'm about to teach you. It's called Avifors and it involves a great deal of concentration. Usually, if performed by an accomplished wizard, this spell can transform one object into a flock of birds, but that's not the case for you. The spell will also be on your final exam this year, for those in the second year. Open your books at page 5 and read about it. After you've read what the book has to say, I will want you to take the cups, yes, the same cups from last year, and show me what you can do.
1st year:
-The spell for the first years is the most basic one: Matches to needles. Leon and Emiliana, come to my desk and take one match each. Concentrate and by the end of the class I'll want to see a needle in front of you both. I'll be the judge of how well you did.

Weatherby's grin instantly faded. "Right. Sorry sir. Won't happen again, sir." Cecil nodded in agreement.
The pair opened up their textbooks and read carefully. Weatherby mouthed the words to himself, and traced the wand pattern on the page with his finger. He would wait a few moments before attempting the spell - he wanted to have the technique versed in his head beforehand, to impress the teacher he had just upset, although his mind did wander a bit - using a nickname hardly seemed problematic, but he and Cecil didn't make the rules.

León was glad that professor Forsyth did something to those León thought were trying to mock him. He stood up and quickly walked to the professor's desk, grabbed a match, and said "thank you, professor" as he walked back to his place.
León grabbed his wand, not sure about he needed to do; he watched other first years, which looked as lost as him - if not more.
León decided to search for some advice and tips, and opened his transfiguration book, lookinh through it, inmediatly stopping when the boy found what he was looking for: "Chapter 1... Transfigurations basics."
"Rules without exceptions last eternally; Roman Law is the only law"
"The mighty sword in mighty Roman hands"
Violeta and Ashley open their textbooks to page five and carefully read about the Avifors spell. The two then go retrieve the cups, and place them to the side of their books. Reading over the instructions for the spell one last time, Violeta raises her wand, and then taps the cup. "Avifors." Ashley then does the spell, although tapping the cup in one fluid motion instead. "Avifors."2nd year:

Atticus opened his book slowly and read the pages carefully, ignoring all the attempts going on around him. He would rather absorb all the details and take some extra time to read the book before he attempted and failed. He knew his professor would be less forgiving if he failed to complete the practical portion successfully.
Finally satisfied with his knowledge of the incantation and wand flourish, he drew his wand and gathered his three cups. He pointed his wand at the cups and repeated "Avifors"
After poring over the spell technique for a few moments, Weatherby felt ready to attempt it. He practiced the wand flourish a few times, as he usually did, before setting a cup in front of him and taking a deep breath.
"Avifors."
