Ok, this is the feedback.
I downloaded your files and placed them in my RS 2.5 Rome 0 Turn folder.
I loaded the game in 553 AUC, when I activated the script, the year went to back 544. I don't know why but no ctd.
I played now 8 turns and havent got a ctd or bug. I have now 4 turn a year on a savegame, so I think is is save game compatible. I will play some more turns to see.

It was expectable that the script sets the game back for half of the time.
It works by counting your turns. It counts a completed year as 4 turns, you played it with 2. This means that if you have played 40 turns (and thus 20 years without 4tpy), it will just take the 40 turns, and pretend it was always activated, and you always had 4 years per turn.
Thats why it is set back. However, I expect some other bugs aswell. Did you check if the Romans can recruit properly? Or if the garrison script works?
Sweet, cheers Nightmare.
Why?
Capua_Rebellion = 537 winter (2 turns per year)
Capua_Rebellion = 536 winter (4 turns per year) ???
how to change?
I dont know.
Why just not play it?

Why in winter?
Does this mess up the trait system?

The most amazing part of this patch is reloading a buggy save game will trigger all the events. I just have a huge surprise for when trying to fight against Hannibal, Plague in Italy kill of my troops in all cities. Eruption in Capua province destroy lots of population and blab blab blab, lolz. Thanks, I really enjoy 4 turns campaign, seriously!
What is this about 2x summer, 2x winter and it being a problem?
Does this affect the generals ages and events?
