Disable end turn building complete messages

When I have a lot of provinces it gets irritating to click away the building complete message.

In short,
Is it in any way possible to disable the end turn building complete messages. Like for instance you have in medieval 2 you have the preferences files where you can mod advanced option.

Very easy - by clicking on the button (the small arrow) right to the minimap you can open a menue. Haven't you seen this until now?
