They will reorganize eventually. But with the main command structure just destroyed, it will take awhile. They may elect a leader to unite them and become a threat to the Ministry again...or perhaps form a council of the most powerful Death Eaters and Dark Wizards to lead them.

So far about 3 - 4 other people have shown interest in joining Viktor's group. Even if it is short-term.

More of the Students seem to be good guys, or atleast netural, so being a death-eater may even things out.

You do make a point, but there are those who are pro-Death Eater though. Only a few though.

Yes but he is 11 in game so he will not be able to be Death Eater for a long time since he can not use magic outside of school.

There's no hard and fast rule that says a bad wizard can't be reformed or a good wizard couldn't be corrupted.

That would be up to the Ministry/Wizengamot/Minister, as there is no hard and fast law. I'm not going to create any laws like that as a moderator, I want the ministry departments to come up with their own regulations and punishments

That's good , it was mostly a theoretical question anyway since it's not really worth it considering all players already know it and that as an Auror it would be much more useful if the rest of the department knew about it.
