There are emergency powers that can force the Minister to resign. While else was Fudge removed early? The Wizengamot is seen as a sort of Parliament within the Ministry...so obvious they would have the power, as a judicial and legislative body, to remove Ministers if they prove to be ineffective.

Plus, you won't be able to get the Elder Wand before you are removed. The decision will most likely happen today or tomorrow. And you are probably a few weeks away from even seeing the wand...and there still is the great chance of dying.

Abuse of mod power? You didn't respond at all for 6 days until yesterday after I had put up the newspaper ad. I am not working on my own here...Ponti and DS as well as myself have been discussing this for some time and decided upon it yesterday. I was the one who just acted upon it first since Ponti and DS were busy with events and rl duties.

I am trying to keep this all civilized and organized. I am not doing this for OOC reasons, but IC ones.

Okay everyone calm down please. I am sorry but what's happening is happening. We need active ministers especially at this early stage in the game. If you can defend yourself well enough and put the dedication into your defence at the Wizengamot, then you may retain your position. If however you don't show up, and if you can't but the role-play needed into this then we will have no choice but to remove you. I apologise but those are the facts and the rules.
