Should people call Dark Lord by his name Voldemort. I think not he is defeated but there should be the fear of his name still.

He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named - by those that still fear his memory
Voldemort - by those that no longer fear him
Dark Lord - by the Death Eaters and their followers

Yes but after the first war he was still named He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named by almost all the wizadrs. So that is why I ask I see that several people call him by his name which is for me to soon after the war.

Just clear anything up, that is what a Brigandine is (roughly, they vary) and the one sold at Wiseacre's comes with all the basic tools just strapped to it.
