German Empire: Lackluster performance in the stock market caused a major crash in the Berlin Stock Exchange. In what is being called "Black Tuesday," a large number of investment bubbles burst as a number of financial loans were revealed to be in default. The reverberations within the German economy are intense. Further, political instability within the German Reich has contributed to serious instability.

United States of America: Very Low Taxes, combined with a very friendly business atmosphere, and a Public Works project aimed at the American Midwest have contributed to a very serious rise in American Standards of living. The Federal Government has responded to the Dust Bowl crisis by renovating Midwestern Agricultural Centers (4). Further, speculation has gone wild as a number of large deposits of Oil were discovered in California, Wyoming, Montana and Nevada (4). Further, the rise of financial giants in New York City, such as Goldman Sachs and Herschel & Sons and the Liewbowitz Brothers have contributed substantially to the rise in investment banking (2). These investments have paid off, as the ports of Boston and Atlantic City were renovated to accommodate new Atlantic Trade.

Portugal: Heavy deficit spending, along with high taxes, and the ominious threat of war have sent prices and interest rates skyrocketing. The Portuguese government is experiencing record numbers of inflation, and as numerous business are evacuating Lisbon and its surrounding areas, the situation for the Portuguese government looks grim.

I do not have a full list of all trading partners, so people must report their own trade agreements in order for it to be counted! I accomplished most of the CSA, British, and Russian trade routes before 12:30 AM when I called it quits.

A few questions, I calculated the amount of provinces I had to be 64 and the document still states I only have 43.
I also upgraded 37 provinces to level 2 .

I counted more like 60, actually, but that is your responsibility to record.

I would have but you were very unclear on what was actualy mine. One minute you are stating I have 43, then it is around 50 and now 60.

More like 60, because you included the Gilbert, Pheonix, and South Georgian Islands, which I had already stated did not count as provinces. The official count is 61. In light of this, I am willing to award you 9,000,000 additional income (61-43 = 18 * 250,000 = 4,500,000, over two turns, is 9,000,000).

Regardless, that large of an increase is not going to have a major impact on your economic state. You need to invest in economic assets and lower taxes to get out of a recession. Right now, you are getting slaughtered in trade. The Confederacy, Republic of China, and Russia are making a killing of trading with you.
