When playing as a muslim faction, you don't have many options about marriage. So when you have girls in the family, the husband will be a randomly generated general. And if I am not mistaken, the "Bloodline" trait goes from either the mother who has it or the father, but if the mother doesn't show (like in muslims) and the father is not of royal bloodline, will the bloodline dissipate? Or even if it doesn't show, the kids will get royal bloodline from the mother? Or do i let all the girls pass the marriage age?

Yep for muslim factions, mongols and cumans, daughters will never further the bloodline.

you could use console commands to assign the bloodline trait to their sons once they come of age.

select the character in the map -> open console -> type give_trait this Royal_Blood_Kwarezm 1
change the trait accordingly for the faction, check export_descr_character_traits.txt for the trait names.
