Like most, I'm really impressed.
However, I am a little bit unsure about the auto-pillage feature (though I think it will grow on me quickly) and the inability to autoresolve the monarch's battles. That last one seems like it should be optional. I don't want to sound too critical of the team's work, but isn't it possible that this could result in some technical issues (for people who want to be able to play on H/VH)? For people who have lower end PCs, it might force them to fight battles/sieges that are barely playable because of their engine. Also, I know that for a long time while playing SS 6.3 (I think), I couldn't fight land battles against some of the eastern catholic factions because of a bugged out unit that caused a CTD. Just some thoughts.
But again, I'm really impressed with all these new features. Can't wait.

Just wondering, do people really want the 'cannot pause on the battle map' option? That to me sounds like a deal-breaker.
But my snark aside, this just keeps looking better and better. I can't wait to give it a try, and Ally Assistance sounds like it could be well and truly awesome. If the AI can defend it's friends as well, it could make expansion much harder...which I like.

It was a question, not a complaint (although I can see how the deal-breaker may be taken the wrong way/poor choice of wording). I've never heard people espouse the benefits of playing without the pause, hence why I asked. Everything else seemed in-line with what I'd consider 'Godlike', and is pretty much how I play with BG already.
