Now that I think about it, that's exactly what happened. It's been a while since i've played that save.
Hint 1: Me having so much money is probably not the result of my shrewd financial skills but more influenced by a certain game mechanic.

Aztecs. Even if you put them in the playable folder, they're the only faction that still is impossible to play because as soon as you try you lose.

Since there's only a few hours left i'll give another hint. Hope it's not too obvious: The nature of this campaign makes it so that it has to be so late in game. It would be impossible (or at least, very unfair) to post a screen shot from around the norm, turn 50ish.

In regards to the first hint, I had so much money because of a 'certain game mechanic.' That mechanic is that most of my troops have no upkeep. In fact, I have at least 10 units in every settlement, but do not pay a dime florin in upkeep. I'm making around 43k per turn, would be around 70k if so much stuff wasn't being constructed. The Mongols used to own the middle east, but now I do. I don't know why the Pope went crazy but it's not impossible (http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=323950) I also had an alliance with Russia, but they betrayed me. Must've drank too much Vodka The second hint is that, of course, the Timurids come at turn 100+, so I wouldn't even be on the map on turn 50. If you do it the way I did, you can play as the Timurids with absolutely no mods or additional scripting involved. You can even arrive at the same time they normally would, with the world having grown and everything. A carbon copy of them, just with you playing. Since I can't find the original tutorial, i'll list it here (this works for ALL emergent factions. Mongols, Venice in Crusades, Baron's Alliance, etc.):
1. Make the faction playable.
2. Begin a campaign as them. The screen will be locked up. Save your game, load it, and the screen should be unfrozen.
3. End turn. It will freeze up again at the beginning of the next turn. Load autosave, unfrozen.
4. Repeat until the faction emerges. How long is depending on the faction. Venice in Crusades is the shortest, and Timurids are the longest.
5. Have fun with elephants
