I was just wondering... Is it possible to have two different grand campaign theatres like in Empire: Total War where the new world separate from Europe, but instead, having two theatres in Napoleon with Europe and Egypt? Is it possible to mod that?

At present campaign map alterations are not possible. Fortunately there is a group of people
working with high energy on this matter. Please take a look here and perhaps you would even

But its not really changing the campaign map, is it? Its just having two different theatres. Shouldn't that work?

"Just" having two different theatre? And how do you propose to do that when nothing in the campaign interface is available for that?
It was in ETW, it has been removed from NTW. There is no button or anything to switch theatre, move units from one to the other etc. This would require a patch from CA to activate it again

I believed that Napoleon's game engine was almost the same as Empire's.

Emphasis on almost. Many things from ETW are "hidden" in NTW, but not used.
